The lady at the front desk was very friendly and their waiting room/amenities were very nice. I had an appointment, but waited slightly over an hour for a safety inspection. Despite that, I would absolutely return due to the kindness of their staff and dedication to honest business practices.

My Subaru had 4 cracked/damaged valve stems. Chapel hill tire quoted me over $450 to fix and required that they replace the TPMS even though they were still operative. I got them fixed at Discount Tire in Durham for just over $40 without having to deal with the TPMS issue. Unfortunately, the customer service representative I dealt with at chapel hill tire yesterday had a friendliness score of zero.

I brought my Audi to Chapel Hill Tire for a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport tires, which are not cheap, expecting professional care. When I came back to pick up my car, one of my rims was visibly damaged. The damage was concentrated and shallow in nature, not consistent with curb rash or a rock chip in any way. This was further validated with two employees inspecting it and saying it was possible on their end. When I raised the issue, the manager was inspecting the area of concern like it was his first time noticing it. He then immediately denied responsibility and claimed that his employee had noticed and reported the damage before the tire installation. However, after he walked away, I spoke with another employee who told me that the damage was actually reported after the new tire had already been installed. Those two stories directly contradict each other. All of my rims were clean and spotless when I dropped the car off. I received the car back with one damaged rim, and all rims dirty and covered in marks. I understand there’s residue when installing tires, yet why is this not cleaned off. Arrived with my emissions and tire pressure lights on. My emissions systems were thoroughly checked and nothing was found faulty. They sealed the gas cap and reset the system. My tires were checked and topped up with air. They reset my sensor light saying it may have come on as a result of very low temperatures and lower tire pressure. When is asked what I needed to pay, they said there was no charge. I am very impressed with the honesty and integrity of this business. I will spread the word and will definitely be back with my other vehicles. Also they have a very convenient shuttle service which was much appreciated.

Replaced control arms and brake maintenance on my 2021 Tesla Model Y. Made my appt online but was able to drop it off the afternoon before. Love being able to get info by text and email in case I miss the call. Had a review and estimate within 2 hours of dropping my car off early. They were able to order the parts and all repairs were done by 3:30 the next day. In person and on the phone, they explained everything and answered all my questions, even gave me time to get my husband on speaker phone so I could make sure I was getting all the info. correctly. :-)
